The nicejl Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and older. nicejl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The legal gambling age in the Philippines is 21 years, and nicejl enforces strict age verification procedures to prevent underage access.

If nicejl discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, we will immediately close the associated account, delete all personal data collected, and void any transactions made.
